DWPD’s day-to-day operations are led by a professional management team headed by the Executive Director, who is responsible for overall leadership, strategic implementation, and external representation.
The Executive Director ensures that all programs align with organizational priorities and donor requirements while maintaining operational efficiency and accountability.
